What data, and why
- Join SERALBA (the list): your email, your phone number and date of birth if you leave them, a bottle number if any, date and time of sign-up. We use them to send you what you asked for (the bottles, the nights). Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw any time with the link at the bottom of every email or by writing to us.
- Company requests: company name, email, rough quantity. We use them to answer you. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps.
- Orders: they happen by message, on Instagram or WhatsApp; the messages stay on those platforms (Meta). We keep your name, contact and order, to deliver and for tax records. Legal basis: the contract.
Who processes data for us
Vercel (hosting and site forms), Upstash (storage of form entries), Brevo (email). Some providers are based outside the European Union: transfers happen with the safeguards the GDPR requires.
For how long
The list: until you unsubscribe. Orders: ten years, as Italian tax law requires. Requests: twelve months.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent: write to leonardo@seralba.it. You can also contact the Italian data protection authority (Garante).
Cookies
This site uses no profiling cookies and no analytics that need consent. The only things saved on your device are your own choices: the age confirmation and the animation pause.
