You sit outside, weather permitting, with the hills in front of you. The two bottles are opened, the Brut and the Extra Dry, and you drink them one after the other: the same grape, the same hills, two different moments of the evening. The person who started them is there and tells you why two, why like this, what’s written on the neck and why the bottle has an embossed V. No lecture: you talk, you drink, you ask.
What you taste.
- SERALBA Brut, 6.6 grams of sugar per litre: dry, taut, the one for dinner and the hours after.
- SERALBA Extra Dry, 16.5 grams: softer, the one for the aperitivo.
- Both Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, 11.5% vol, in the embossed-V bottle reserved for Valdobbiadene DOCG.
- Something to eat, local, chosen by us.
How long, how many.
About an hour, without looking at the clock. A few seats at a time: you come as a couple, as four, with a group of friends. For a large group, write first: we’ll find a way.
It is not a winery visit.
SERALBA is a brand, not a winery: the wine is made with a winery of these hills, but we have no tanks or bottling lines to show. If you’re after the guided tour among the autoclaves, that’s not here. Where, and how to get there.
In Colbertaldo, a hamlet of Vidor in the province of Treviso: the hills of Valdobbiadene DOCG, a UNESCO World Heritage site since 2019. By car: about forty minutes from Treviso, half an hour from Conegliano, just over an hour from Venice. The exact spot comes with the confirmation on WhatsApp.
It can be a gift.
A tasting is a gift that doesn’t end up in a cupboard. Write to us: we agree with you, then with the person who receives it, whenever they like. At Christmas there’s also the engraved wooden box.

No: SERALBA is a Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG brand. The tasting happens outside, on the hills of Colbertaldo, with the two bottles and the person who started them.

Yes: the Brut + Extra Dry duo is €30, the case of six €85, until they’re gone. You collect in Colbertaldo.
